To start, I love this camera minus one thing: the video

The video is horrible and grainy in darker areas but great with lots of light.  I'm having issues with the video in that I would copy the video from the SDHC card to the computer and open them in iTunes to view, the movies are stored in .MOV format (which I hate) and play with good sound, the video however is very choppy and is not in sync with the audio, it's like the video is moving in slow motion but the audio is fine.

After looking around on the internet, I found that there is a codec issue.  Some people tend to blame it on the Easy Share software but I don't think that is a real issue.

this site was very helpfull you'll have to go back a few postings to see the actual question but this got it to where i can now see the video fine! but no audio. Kodak support is very unhelpful, they first said it was a defective camera and to return it. I call them back the next day and said the store wouldn't replace it, and they said that the video is just an extra and that (basically) that's the way it is. I wasn't about to take that for an answer, the video was half the reason I purchased the camera.
