EX:

www.planetfeedback.com is a great site to use when you are trying to get a result form a company but traditional methods are not working. I used this with bank of america once when I had to use the insurance for a credit card I had when I became unemployed. they were supposed to pay my minimum payment but took forever, and I kept paying. I waited almost 6 months after getting the run around, I used this site to send a letter to the VP, and I got the problem fixed fast.  I don't reccomend using this site unless it is a last resort becuase skipping up the latter for problems that could have been fixed by someone else are typicaly frowned on and you'll look bothersome.
