This page has been updated to serve as a portal for not only my music inspirations but for other subject matter that I feel is important to share with the rest of the world.
New - With the anticipation of my new book Credit Wars - A comprehensive Manual to build, maintain and repair your Credit History (working title), I have added a Forum for subject matter included in my book and beyond. Also new is the Blog I've formatted, but I have yet to begin to publish blog info. Feel free to register as a user of the site, and post questions in the general forum or email me directly (contact us page). Have a look around and Thanks for visiting!

I recently began to formalize a business with a friend of mine. Little Piggies Green Clean is the newest Green cleaning business for home, office and events in Los Angeles County. You can visit our website at: http://www.littlepiggiesgreenclean.webs.com/
Our seattle portal, run by Rigoberto Garcia is at Http://www.SeattleGoGreen.com
When Victor came to me about his business, I cringed at the idea of owning a cleaning business because of the liability: near strangers entering people's homes. Things can come up missing or break. Then I remembered reading an article in Forbes magazine about the current state of the American economy and the industries that have a strong outlook to weather the current recession. Number 2 on the list of industries was Housekeeping services.
It turns out I have what my friend lacks: Marketing and communication skills, negotiation skills, accounting experience and insurance knowledge. He already has a functioning business with clientele but his problem was that some of his business was leaving him and needed help to promote the business. He though of gaining 2 to 4 new clients, I thought of hiring 2 to 4 new people, because that's the kind of business I'm going to bring us. Within the first two weeks of marketing we added the equivalent of 13 new clients.

Alright so the American Economy is not doing so hot, I get it. For some reason, I can't help but feel like while everyone right now is shouting doom and gloom, things for me are on a turn for the better. I begun investing in the store front venture I have in Mexico and will have the first Merchandise shipment ready probably by the last week of March. Oh, what am I selling? In Spanish they're called "chucherias": Accessories, hand bags, belly button rings, men's hats, small electronics and misc clothes. My idea, after we get a customer base, is to open up 2 different locations.
One location would have high end fashion like Ed Hardy and True Religion jeans while the other would be a $99 Peso store (closer to $15.00US at the current exchange rate). The site for the store is a work in progress but i've started www.claxtontrading.info
